Hospodaření organizace poskytující sociální služby

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá charakteristikou neziskového sektoru se zaměřením na příspěvkové organizace a jejich financování. Cílem práce je vymezení činnosti a analýza hospodaření s finančními prostředky vybrané příspěvkové organizace za období 2008 - 2012. Při řešení je použita metoda analýzy, syntézy a komparace. Teoretická část zahrnuje historii neziskového sektoru, charakteristiku a financování neziskových organizací se zaměřením na příspěvkové organizace. Záměrem této části je uvedení do základní problematiky a získání přehledu o těchto organizacích. V praktické části je vymezena činnost a finanční analýza hospodaření vybrané příspěvkové organizace poskytující sociální služby. Závěr této části je na základě zjištěných informací věnován shrnutím poznatků, doplněných o doporučení a zhodnocení vybraných ekonomických ukazatelů.

This thesis attempts to characterise the non-profit sector with the allowance organisations and their financing as the main focus. It aims to define the function and analyse the financial management of the selected allowance organisation in the 2008 – 2012 period. To reach the conclusion, methods of analysis, synthesis and comparison are employed. The theoretical part covers the history of the non-profit sector, as well as its characterisation and funding, mainly focusing on the allowance organisations. The purpose of this section is to introduce the primary issues, and to gain a basic understanding of these organisations. The practical part outlines the function and financial analysis of the management of the chosen organisation providing the social services. The closing part of this work is a summary of the gained information, completed by recommendations and evaluation of selected economical coefficients.
