Geologická lokalita: lom Rudice-Seč v Moravském krasu

Abstract

The work deals with the Moravian Karst geology, especially its central part and the actual fracture Rudice-Seč. I mention the gradual geological evolution of the Moravian Karst and largely concentrate on the development of the central part. Further in describing fracture Rudice-Seč, composition layers of Rudice and their formation, extraction and exploitation of iron ore and quartz sand, and finally fused nodules called geods of Rudice. The work also includes information board to the fracture Rudice-Sec.
