The aim of bachelor thesis is develop intelligible handbook in OSH, which can be use by senior employees of construction company. The first part deals with theoretical analysis of resposibilities of senior employees to make OSH on a building site. Second part is analysis of law regulations. Third part dedicated to a rewiev of similar focused handbooks and last part is about design and creation of handbook.
