Abstract
This thesis deals with private rail transport competition, which is situated in this environment and economical matters of transportation.
In the theoretical section is listed the tools that are needed to implement transportation. The practical part describes the economic efficiency of Unipetrol Transport Ltd. And the description of competing carriers in the market. The aim is to assess the economic efficiency of the private carrier .
