Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with virtual commissioning provided model of a real machine model (provided by the company ELVAC a.s) and his testing in the simulation mode. In this work, the analysis of design, testing and virtual commissioning of control systems were performed. The model used consists of an upper jig a lower jig and the construction of the entire machine. The upper and lower jig contain pneumatic elements controlled by an algorithm in PLC, which was written in the SCL language. This work describes the process of creating of a virtual model in the Siemens NX MCD environment, the assignment of model logic and the connection of the given elements to individual signals in the TIA portal.
