Abstract
The diploma thesis deals with the topic of measuring customer satisfaction of women's fitness center. The aim of the diploma thesis is to map customer satisfaction based on a questionnaire survey and then suggest possible improvements.
The theoretical part deals with the theoretical outcomes of the fitness center. There is a part where the marketing mix is analysed focusing especially on customer satisfaction.
The next chapter focuses on the world, Czech and Ostrava fitness markets. A subchapter of this chapter is the characteristics of the Eva fitness women's fitness center.
In the practical part of the work, the results of the questionnaire are analysed. The questioning method was used to determine the satisfaction of customers of the women's fitness center.
The final chapter of this work deals with proposals and recommendations, which after its implementation should lead to increased customer satisfaction and improved position of the fitness center on the overall market.
