Rekonstrukce primární drtírny na lomu Bělkovice - Lešťany

Abstract

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to modernize the technological line of the surface quarry Bělkovice-Lašťany, namely the primary grinding node for the purpose of increasing the total production capacity of the line and to improve its production efficiency. My proposed change in the production process of crushed aggregates I chose due to the existing possibilities, so that the potential of production automation is taken into account as much as possible, taking into account the total available space and possibilities of its use (building). In the first part of my work I focused on a brief description of the bearing and its bearing conditions. There is also described the state of stocks and the possibility of their utilization. In the following parts there is a description of the method of mining and transport in the given locality, a description of the existing individual nodes of the modification and, last but not least, a description of the current state of the technological line and the procedure of treatment of the mined aggregate. Due to the ever-increasing demand for crushed aggregate construction, the proposal to modify the technology is a very topical issue and, according to my management of the company and sales representatives of the provided information, even in the coming years, it will be possible to increase its production.
