Abstract
Agent in Limited Liability Company
The topic of my bachelor thesis is an Agent in Limited Liability Company (LLC).
The aim of this bachelor thesis is focus on performance of statutory body and so the Agent in LLC. Afterwards everything will be applied on concrete LLC, alternatively should be find some imperfection and suggested possible changes, which should be profitable for Company.
De facto the LLC cannot act on one´s own; someone has to act instead, that’s why the function of Agent arise as statutory body. The Agent is integral part of Limited Liability Company. He is very important authority, because his main job is act by name of Company and answer for required record keeping. Represent Company outwardly and communicate with public is the other important task of Agent.
For finding out what the job of Agent include in praxis, I selected INTEST NDT, Limited Liability Company. INTEST NDT gladly provides me information, which I need for completion of my bachelor thesis.
