Deformační odpor nízkolegované Cr-Mn oceli za tepla

Abstract

The thesis deals with hot deformation of bainitic low-alloy Mn-Cr-Mo steel. The experiment is based on measured data from plastometric test of unaxial compression by simulator Gleeble 3800. Examined samples were subjected to exertion at temperature ranging from 840 to 1280 °C and strain rates of 0,02 - 20 s-1. By the method of determining the activation energy and using linear regressions were identified coordinates of flow peak. The main task and goal of this thesis is to determine the course of flow curves for every sample using theoretical mathematical model of flow stress by Cingara and McQueen and compare their resulting shapes to curves obtained from measured data. Leaving out the fact that used mathematical model doesn’t include a point of inflection, the comparison of both kind of curves is relatively sufficient.
