Abstract

The topic of this thesis is starting a small business. The first part is devoted to the issue and theory of the establishment of a limited liability company. In the second part, these theoretical findings are applied to the establishment of a fictitious company with all the requirements. In the first part, the main steps of the establishment and creation of the company are described. The second part is focused on the business plan. This work can be beneficial for people who are interested in starting a business.
