Abstract

The aim of my diploma thesis was to discover the competitive position of the Danter company on the market of advertising agencies. I chose companies Imi partner and Reda for analyzing because Danter consider them to be the bigest competitors. I picked benchmarking for analyzing the competitive position, it is method which confronts chosen factors. I focused on the production of gift items. The chosen factors are: used printing technologies, suppliers, speed delivery of produtcs, offered brands, provided warranty a the price of chosen gift items before being printed.
