Abstract

This bachelor's thesis analyzes the marketing activities of Frenštát pod Radhoštěm city. Thesis is based on the theoretical foundations of city marketing as well as the characteristics of Frenštát. The aim of this thesis is to discovery opinions and satisfaction of inhabitans with marketing activities of the city and discovery the most problematic areas. An important part of this work is to identify the most priority changes in the environment of the city. To obtain the necessary data was used the questionnaire survey with inhabitans of the city. After subsequent analysis and detection the most problematic areas were outlined proposals and recommendations that could significantly improve life in the city.
