Optimalizace papírenského stroje v procesu výroby sběrového papíru

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with research and optimization of hydrocyclones discharge settings and a stress test through a FAN separator (screw pressure separator) so that the water system at the paper machine is cleaned of heavy impurities, specifically sand, which circulates in the water circuit of the paper machine. The sorting of paper fibers is the basis for the final quality of the produced paper. The diploma thesis is focused on the optimization of final sorters used in the stock preparation. The theoretical part discusses the technology of paper production, the water system of the paper mill, the preparation of paper and sorters such as hydrocyclones, SAND press, FAN separator, etc. The research of the practical part took place at the Smurfit Kappa Morava Paper company in Žimrovice, where the samples taken from both the hydrocyclone, the FAN separator and the Sandpress were analyzed. Furthermore, subsequent processing of these samples and graphical comparison took place, especially by monitoring the number of sorted impurities.
