Abstract
Degree work Public Order contracting works up Problems of contracting public Orders from Point of View of public Submitter. Introductory Part deals with current legal Regulations of contracting public Orders in the Czech republic. In the rest of Degree work Analysis of present State of public Orders in our Country is given. At the Conclusion I place some Suggestions and Recommendations for maximization of responsible Attitude of public Submitters to each Tender with the Aim of minimalization of wilful or unintentional Circumvention of public Orders Law.
