Logistika nákupu a distribuce

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na logistiku nákupu a distribuce ve společnosti ROBE lighting s.r.o. Cílem práce je provedení analýzy dodavatelů a odběratelů, rozdělení dodavatelů do skupin a nalezení optimálního umístění centrálního skladu pro odběratele v jihovýchodní Evropě. V první části práce jsou popsána teoreticko-metodologická východiska dané problematiky. Dále je v práci provedena ABC analýza všech dodavatelů podniku a následné ABC analýzy hlavní skupiny A podle třech zvolených kritérií. Jednotliví dodavatelé jsou obodováni a podle počtu bodů je vybráno deset nejvýznamnějších z nich. V další části jsou pomocí zvolené metody nalezeny optimální souřadnice pro umístění centrálního skaldu ve vybrané oblasti. Na závěr budou výsledky shrnuty a navržena doporučení.

The diploma thesis deals with the purchasing and distribution logistics at ROBE lighting s.r.o. company. The aim of this work is an analysis of suppliers and customers, distribution of the suppliers into groups and finding the optimal location of the central warehouse for Southeastern Europe customers. At first, the theoretical and methodological bases of the problem are addressed. Subsequently, the ABC analysis of all suppliers is made. Another ABC analysis of the main group A is made according to the three selected criteria. Individual suppliers are classified by number of points and then the top ten most significant suppliers are selected. The next part of thesis deals with finding of the optimal coordinates for the location of the central warehouse in the selected region according to the selected method. Achieved results are summarized and recommendations are proposed in the conclusion part of the thesis.
