Mutual cooperation of the elements in the euroregion

The aim of this thesis is to explore and evaluate the ongoing cooperation between the elements in the Euroregion Beskydy. It shows the barriers to the development of multilateral cooperation and considers options as they shrink, and what other areas are offered for deepening cooperation.

The theoretical part examines in detail the context of regional policy in border regions and the method of cooperation. Analysis includes a description of the choosen region with a focus on problem areas and in the application part is assessed a level and main topics of cooperation in selected Euroregion. Cooperation is mainly in the conduction of grant projects, but also between cross – border member twins.
