Prostorové analýzy studentů a absolventů oboru Geoinformatika na VŠB-TU Ostrava

Abstract

The topic of this thesis is to make a spatial analysis of the students and graduates of Geoinformatics at VŠB – TU Ostrava. The data for the analysis were obtained by a questionnaire survey. The results of the spatial analysis are presented in form of maps. Observed were primarily the places of residence of the students and the locations of their secondary schools, but also the employability of the graduates. An important part of this thesis is a quantitative analysis, which in case of the students, focuses on how they evaluate the studies and everything associated with them. The next aim of this study was to determine how well graduates of Geoinformatics at VŠB – TU Ostrava do on the labor market and how satisfied they are with the structure of the study program.
