Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with education and with development of the key competencies of employers in an organization. The theoretical part is about the differences between people and resources, which they are endowed with. There is defined the term competency and the meaning of this key competencies for organizations. Further it deals with a systém of managing human resources according to competencies, and how would it be possible to use this systém for searching, accepting, educating and further development of employers in a organization. The second, practical part is about creating, implementing and using of the systém with competence models in organization HM PARTNERS, s. r. o.
