Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the application of multi-criteria decision-making methods in choosing between doing business as a self-employed person or a limited liability company when operating an online store. The aim of the thesis is to determine which of these legal forms is more advantageous for running an online store. The theoretical part defines the fundamental concepts relatedd to the selected legal forms of business. Furthemore, this section briefly outlines the definition of an online store. The third chapter establishes the individual decision-making variants, which are evaluated based on selected criteria. This chapter also includes the selection of a method for estimating criteria weights and multi-criteria decision-making method. In the practical part, the selected methods are applied, specially the Saaty method and weighted sum method.
