Abstract

To the extent of a dissertation task this dissertation deals with a plan of a shopping mall building construction. The object is situated in the cadastral area of Kravaře town. It is a two floor building without cellars. The carrying part is formed by a steel-concrete frame work with cross sectional girders, endwise congeals and lift collieries ensuring the spacial toughness of the building. The pillars are placed lenghtwise and crosswise in 6 m module. The object is vertically divided into two basal working parts. There is a grocery store situated on the first flooor and a hard goods store situated on the second floor. This dissertation solves the process layout, the business crossings preclusion, the technical solutions of the whole building and its details and the thermally technical behaviour of the builing cover.
