Bytový dom so službami v Českom Krumlove

Abstract

Diplomová práca rieši novostavbu trojpodlažného, nepodpivničeného, bytového domu so službami. Objekt má plochú strechu a nachádza sa v Českom Krumlove. Celá práca je rozdelená na dve časti. V prvej časti je riešené konštrukčné riešenie celého objektu v rámci pozemného staviteľstva, pričom dokumentácia je v rozsahu pre realizáciu stavby. V druhej časti rozoberá práca časť TZB, kde je riešená zdravotechnika a to v rámci kanalizácie, kde je riešenie nakladanie so splaškovými ale aj zrážkovými vodami a vodovodu, ktorý je navrhnutý od prípojky až po konečné zariadenie. V objekte je využívaná zrážková voda zbieraná zo strechy objektu na splachovanie toaliet a pranie. V práci je tiež riešenie odvádzanie zrážkových vôd z parkovísk a asfaltových plôch. Zároveň je v práci riešené aj odvetranie hygienických priestorov.

The thesis deals with the construction of a new three-story apartment building without a basement, with services. The building has a flat roof and is located in Český Krumlov. The entire thesis is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the structural design of the entire building in terms of civil engineering, with documentation covering the scope of construction. The second part of the thesis deals with the technical equipment of buildings, specifically sanitary engineering in the context of sewerage, where the solution deals with the disposal of sewage and rainwater, and water supply, which is designed from the connection to the final equipment. The building uses rainwater collected from the roof for flushing toilets and washing. The thesis also addresses the drainage of rainwater from parking lots and asphalt surfaces. At the same time, the ventilation of sanitary facilities is also addressed in the thesis.
