Abstract

The aim of this study is to define dilemma of the economic competition, to explain differences among two primary spheres of the competition law and to analyse the legal remedies of protection against unfair competition. This study work is structured into six chapters when first of them acquaints not only with the basic terms, but also with the Bureau for protection of competition, with the competition in context with the European Union and with the competition law. The second chapter is focused on merits of the unfair competition and the third chapter is aimed on merits of the prohibited restrictions of economic competition. The differences among them and their concrete examples describes the chapter four. In the matter of the chapter five, this is the analyse of legal remedies of protection against unfair competition. The final chapter is a global summary of this dilemma of the economic competition.
