Použití výbušnin u HZS ČR při zásahu na mimořádnou událost

Abstract

Práce se zabývá použitím výbušnin u HZS ČR. První část práce je věnována základní teorii výbušnin a účinkům výbuchu. Následuje rozbor právních předpisů umožňujících používání výbušnin příslušníky HZS ČR a porovnání problematiky se zahraničím. Dále jsou uvedeny struktura a současný stav trhacích prací u HZS ČR a informace týkající se oprávnění střelmistra. Práce obsahuje základní informace o nakládání s výbušninami, možné použití výbušnin a používané prostředky HZS ČR pro trhací práce. Součástí práce je dotazníkový průzkum a informační materiál pro příslušníky HZS ČR ve formě Konspektu odborné přípravy.

This diploma thesis deals with the Use of Explosive Substances by the Fire and Rescue Service of the Czech Republic. First part is interested in basic theory of explosives and explosive effects. The following is an analysis of legislation with allowing the use of explosives by Fire and Rescue Service and comparison with other countries issues. The structure and current status of blasting by the Fire and Rescue Service and permission blaster are discussed. The work includes basic information about the handling of explosives, the possible use of explosives and equipment used by Fire and Rescue Service for blasting. The questionnaire survey and information materials in the form of conspectus training for members of Fire and Rescue Service, is part of the work.
