Abstract

Bachelor’s Thesis Supervisor: Ing. arch. Filip Slivka, Ph.D. The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is the development of design documentation for construction execution in accordance with Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act, as amended (Version 5). The design of the house is based on a previously prepared architectural study and drawing documentation for a building permit, developed within the course Studio Design 5. The basis for the final architectural study originates from a project completed in the course Studio Design 1. The project focuses on a single-family house located in the village of Skalice near Frýdek-Místek, on plots No. 24/3, 1518, and 26. The thesis is divided into textual and drawing documentation. The textual part includes an introductory and technical report on the building. The design documentation includes the proposed building with a terrace, including utility networks, paved areas, and fencing. Appendices contain the drawing part with complete construction execution documentation, detailed drawings, and an architectural detail of the fireplace.
