Vnější ekonomické vztahy Evropské unie a zemí Mercosuru

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je zanalyzovat vývoj vzájemných vztahů členských zemí Mercosuru a Evropské unie, popsat současný stav na základě studia historického vývoje a nastínit vlastní řešení problematického vztahu členských zemí Mercosuru a Evropské unie. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol, přičemž první kapitola je úvod a pátá závěr. Druhá kapitola popisuje vnější ekonomické vztahy z pohledu teoretických východisek a zároveň je do této kapitoly zařazen popis integračního uskupení Mercosur. Třetí kapitola se zabývá vývojem vzájemných vztahů mezi Evropskou unií a zeměmi Mercosuru, přičemž více popisuje nástin vývoje vztahů Evropské unie a Latinské Ameriky, problematické vztahy členských zemí Mercosuru a jejich ekonomický a politický vývoj. Dále se tato kapitola zabývá Asociační dohodou EU-Mercosur. Čtvrtá kapitola uvádí analýzu obchodních vztahů mezi Evropskou unií a zeměmi Mercosuru a závěrečné zhodnocení vzájemných vztahů Evropské unie a zemí Mercosuru.

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the development of mutual relations and the Mercosur member countries of the European Union, to describe the current state based on the study of historical development, and outline your own solutions to the problematic relationship of member countries of Mercosur and the European Union. The thesis is divided into five chapters, the first chapter is an introduction and a fifth conclusion. The second chapter describes the external economic relations from the perspective of theoretical basis and is also in this chapter included a description of the Mercosur integration group. The third chapter deals with the development of mutual relations between the EU and Mercosur countries, which describes the outline of several developments of the European Union and Latin America, the problematic relationship Mercosur member countries and their economic and political development. Furthermore, this chapter deals with the Association Agreement EU-Mercosur. The fourth chapter provides an analysis of trade relations between the EU and Mercosur countries and the final assessment of the relations of the European Union and Mercosur countries.
