Využitelnost bývalých vojenských pevností v cestovním ruchu

Abstract

Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je připravit fiktivní podnikatelský záměr na nevyužitou pevnost Slavonín ve městě Olomouci. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části nalezneme pojmy, jako jsou cestovní ruch, vojenská památka, podnikatelský plán, podnik, podnikání a fortifikace. Část praktická obsahuje vypracovaný podnikatelský záměr, s použitím různých analýz, pro restauraci Fortovna. Cílem je, aby mnou sestavený podnikatelský záměr vyhrál výběrové řízení a mohla si tak pronajmout prostory ke zhotovení restauračního zařízení.

The subject of my thesis is to prepare a fictitious business plan for unused Slavonín fortress in the town Olomouc. The work consists of theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part, we can find concepts such as tourism, military monument, business plan, company, … and fortifications. The practical part includes a prepared business plan, using various analyses for the Fortovna restaurant. The aim is to me made up a business plan won the competition and was able to rent premises for the manufacture of restaurant equipment. The aim of my business plan is to win the competition and then I would be able to rent the premises for the restaurant establishment.
