Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the assessment of the system education and development of employees in the company CRA (České radiokomunikace a. s.). The bachelor thesis has two parts: theoretical and practical. The aim of the bachelor thesis is assess the current system education and development of employees, which was maked on the basis of a questionnaire survey. On a questionnaire survey were identified minor shortcomings, on the basis, which recommendations were proposed.
