Využití pasportů a pasportizace administrativního objektu

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with creating passports for NorthBohemia water supply and sewerage systems administrative building in Teplice. It is necessary to determine the objectives and requirements for this building in the introduction. First theoretical part is explaining issues and software support for passportisation, including an overview of currently available possibilities on the Czech market. Then I deal with the methodology of space-coding and building lifespan. At first, In the practical part, it was described an object SčVK followed the procedure of passportisation. In last part, there is located a procedure for obtaining an estimate of the financial costs for repair and reconstruction. The practical part contains the outputs of the PitFM system and drawings. They are made in the AutoCAD software.
