Dostavba pivovaru Strakonice

Abstract

Úkolem mojí bakalářské práce je vyhotovení projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby polyfunkčního domu ve Strakonicích. Dokumentaci pro provádění stavby předcházelo zhotovení dokumentace pro stavební povolení a studie objektu. Stavba se nachází v těsné blízkosti řeky Otavy a navazuje na historicky kulturní centrum města Strakonice, proto je i náplň polyfunkčního domu koncipována pro uspokojení potřeb nejen místních obyvatel, ale i turistů. Stavba přímo doplňuje strukturu stávajícího pivovaru a tím ji dokončuje. Dokumentace je zpracovaná dle vyhlášky č. 499/2006. Stavební výkresy jsou zpracovány podle již zmíněné vyhlášky.

The task of my thesis is the development of project documentation for the implementation of a multifunctional building a house in Strakonice. Documentation for the implementation of the building prior to construction documents for building permits and building studies. The building is located near the Otava River and connects the historic and cultural center of the town of Strakonice, therefore, is filling multifunctional building designed to meet the needs of not only locals but also tourists. The building directly complements the existing structure of the brewery and it completes. The documentation is processed according to Decree No. 499/2006. Construction drawings are prepared in accordance with the above-mentioned decree.
