Abstract
The aim of my bachelor thesis was to develop a business plan for a newly created enterprise. The company will offer services and products to customers in the city center of Ostrava. We have used SWOT analysis, PEST analysis, Porter model, benchmarking and financial statements. On the basis of the data we have found out, that the company can be very successful.
