Abstract

This thesis deals with the implementation of the business plan on the example of a development project. The development project is the realization of one of the possible ways to build a family home and living with special arrangement of houses that meets the character and principles of safe housing. An integral part of the business plan is feasibility study, which is the work developed and described. The feasibility of the business plan is analyzed selected financial methods, market analysis and demand analysis and business risks. The result of these analyzes, feasibility studies, project is a set of recommendations and suggestions for successful completion of the project.
