Abstract

The thesis presented deals with the issue of training of middle medical staff in the field of population protection. The introductory part focuses on the current state of health care as part of the state security system, the genesis and preparedness of this system for crisis situations. Subsequently, it is dedicated to the training of medical staff in the field of population protection, the system of training and training of individual areas and current methodology. At the end of the work, the practical aspects of training and training and possible proposals for the implementation of the proposed changes are evaluated. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the system of training of middle medical personnel and to design an educationally appropriate and usable progressive technology for the training of evacuation situations and the procedure for its implementation in existing training systems of health professionals.
