Management C-dílů ve vybraném výrobním podniku

Abstract

The master´s thesis deals with Management system C-components in the selected manufacturing company. The tesis is divided into three parts. The first are theoretically defined calculations and stocks that are the subject of the practical part. The second part is analytical. It analyzes the present way of ordering C-components in the selected company (Befra electronics, s.r.o.). The last part includes a private proposals to improve the management (concretely ordering) C-components. The goal is to analyze the present process of ordering C-components in manufacturing company and finding possible more accurate management of these components.
