Vyhodnocení možností financování vybraného sportovního klubu

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of financing sports clubs, using the floorball club 1. SC Tempish Vítkovice NATIOS as a case study. The aim of the thesis is to analyze current financing options for sports organizations in the Czech Republic, evaluate the financial situation of the selected club, and propose recommendations for improving its economic stability and further development. The theoretical part defines key concepts related to sport, management, marketing, and financing. The practical part describes the club’s structure and activities, analyzes its revenues and expenditures, and includes a SWOT analysis and an interview with a club representative. The findings highlight the club’s main financial resources, identify risks and opportunities, and provide specific suggestions for improving financial management within the sports organization.
