Abstract

The subject of this thesis is an analysis of company management service through financial analysis. It is examined a financial health of a company and how is a financial management of this company used. The results of financial analysis are used both for own use and for comparison with competitors. They give a certain image of the company, they show size of the property and capital structure and how are used private and foreign sources in the company. The main objective of this barchelor thesis is to analyse the economic state in observed company VÝTAHY ŠPANIHEL, s. r. o. between years 2012–2014. This thesis is divided into introduction, theoretical part about financial analysis, assessment of financial situation, evaluation of results, proposed measures and conclusion. Information, which is this analysis based on, were obtained from analysed company.
