Použití metody Kaizen při optimalizaci konkrétního procesu v organizaci

Abstract

The work is focused on finding the discrepancies in the process and its optimalization of this process. The main attention is paid on cost structure of examined company and its unnesesary cost items. Next is rating of contribution of invidual workers participating on specific proces. Analysing part deals with observing people and rating their workload and calculating redundant cost items that are represented by wastes. In this analysis, there were used method of observing workers and „Muda“ analysis of process and workers.
