Informační systém pro podporu standardizace pracovních postupů

Abstract

V předložené práci je zhodnocení informačního systému firmy Puls investiční, s.r.o. a vyhledání jeho potenciálu pro rozvoj. V první části je krátce představena firma, její struktura a seznámení s pracovními postupy. Poté následuje popsání podnikových informačních systémů všeobecně a poté přímý popis informačního systému firmy. V další části je vysvětlena standardizace ve výrobních podnicích a následně popsán proces standardizace ve firmě. Další část se zabývá analyzováním vybraných informačních systémů na trhu s hodnoceným informačním systémem multiktriteriální analýzou. Analýza byla provedena subjektivním výběrem kritérií. Poslední část se zabývá potenciálem pro rozvoj informačního systému, z čehož vyplývá navržení nové funkce a jsou zde uvedeny její možnosti přínosu.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the information system of the company Puls investiční Ltd. and to find some possibilities for its further improvement. The text is divided into several parts. The first part introduces the company itself, describes its organization structure and workflow standards. The company information system described in the next part follows the general introduction to the information systems used in manufacturing companies. The next part is focused on the standardization processes in general and also in the concerned company. For the comparison purposes, there are analysed selected information systems that are available on the market. There was used subjective multi-criteria analysis as the evaluation tool. This is the content of the fourth part. The last part deals with a proposed improvement of the company information system by adding a novel feature. There are also discussed its possible benefits for concerned company.
