Experimentální ověření vlastností materiálových ekvivalentů ocelí pro letecký průmysl

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on confirming the possibility of interchangeability of Czech material used for the production of aerospace components with its Russian equivalent. The base material is Cr-Mn-Si steel named L-ROL, which is based on the steel ČSN 14 331, it is characterized by higher purity. 30ChGSA steel is used as an equivalent. For an objective assessment, the materials were refined and subjected to tests of mechanical properties and microstructure analysis. The two materials studied were compared with each other and then evaluated with recommendations on the suitability of replacing the material in practical applications.
