Abstract
This thesis focuses on the current process of preparing the data for the additional part of the Emergency Plan of the Ministry of the Environment. The first part is devoted to the evaluation of selected maps and risk data sources available. The next part deals with the processing of specific input data using GIS tools and evaluation of existing practices in this field. The last part presents innovative proposals in the process of preparing data for the additional part of the Emergency Plan based on theoretical and practical knowledge.
