Abstract

The content of the thesis are public procurement awarded by contracting authorities of town of Příbor in the years 2009-2011. The work is divided into three main parts.The first part is focused on public procurement in the public sector, and basic concepts of procurement and legislative basis. The second part deals with the analysis of the selected segment of the public procurement in public procurement field of contracting authorities of town of Příbor in the years 2009-2011 . The Public contracts are evaluated in terms of the specific ways of entry , applied evaluation criteria , personal deposit and funding sources.
