Abstract
This thesis is elaborated on An International Comparison of the Availability of Public Administration in the Field of Public Register and it is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is an introduction and the last chapter is the conclusion. The second chapter describes the system of public administration in the Czech Republic, Czech public administration reform and theoretical quality solutions in public administration along with the essential component of availability. In the third chapter registry offices in the Czech Republic, Slovak Republic and Austria are characterized. The fourth chapter aims to assess the availability of registries in the selected countries from the perspective of availability of spatial and electronic registries.
The aim of this thesis is to assess the level of accessibility of registry offices in the Czech Republic in comparison with the availability of registry offices in the Slovak Republic and Austria, based on selected parameters of spatial and electronic accessibility.
