Územní studie obytné zástavby v obci Prostějovičky

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with design of residential development area in village Prostějovičky. It is based on the local territorial plan and the village intention. There are four variants of lay out proposed and the optimal one has been chosen and elaborated further. Connection to the village technical and transport infrastructure has been designed together with shifting of the existing electric line and its transformer station. The area traffic system, green areas and resting equipment has been designed with the goal to correspond with the village nature and landscape pattern. There is the cost estimation of the complete described land preparation enclosed containing all items of the design.
