Abstract

This bachelor thesis approches to reader financial analysis as basic instrument of evaluation of efficiency of the company. The goal of bachelor thesis is evaluation of the company Vjačka Ltd., identification problematic areas and projection solutions. I used information from the balance sheet and the income statement for making horizontal, vertical and ratio analysis, analysis of difference indicators and choosed bankruptcy prediction models. I globally evaluated realized facts in the end of bachelor thesis and I projected solutions according to theoretical knowledges which I got during studying problem of financial analysis. If the company manage according to projected solutions, indicators will be optimal and efficiency of company will be grow up.
