Posouzení úrovně týmové spolupráce ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce řeší posouzení úrovně týmové spolupráce ve vybraném podniku. Cílem práce je analyzovat aktuální úroveň týmové práce a navrhnout možnosti k jejímu zkvalitnění. Teoretická část zahrnuje rešerše kapitol, které se následně objevily v praktické části. Zpracování praktické části probíhalo pomocí vybraných metod, mezi které patří SWOT analýza, polostrukturovaný rozhovor a Ishikawa diagram. Výsledky z těchto metod vyjádřily aktuální situaci podniku. V návrzích a doporučeních byly uvedeny možnosti, které by zde mohli týmovou spolupráci zkvalitnit.

This diploma thesis addresses the assessment of the level of teamwork in a selected company. The aim of the work is to analyze the current level of teamwork and suggest ways to improve it. The theoretical part includes a search of chapters, which subsequently appeared in the practical part. The elaboration of the practical part took place using selected methods, which include SWOT analysis, semi-structured interview and Ishikawa diagram. The results of these methods expressed the current situation of the company. The proposals and recommendations identified options that could improve teamwork here.
