Analýza a návrh logistiky skladování ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu skladování v podniku ISMM Business Production & Cooperation s.r.o. Tato strojírenská firma se zabývá výrobou a dodáváním komplexních sestav a jednotlivých komponentů na zakázku pro výrobce zemědělské a manipulační techniky. Cílem této práce je analýza současného způsobu skladování a navržení a doporučení možných zlepšení skladovacího procesu v tomto podniku. Teoretická část ze zabývá popisem základních pojmů v logistice a v samotném skladování. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu skladování v závodě v Jistebníku, na nedostatky, které byly při analýze zjištěny a na doporučení pro odstranění těchto nedostatků. K naplnění cíle práce byla provedena metoda analýzy a metoda interview s vedoucím skladu. Cíl práce byl splněn.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of warehousing logistics in the company ISMM Business Production & Cooperation s.r.o. This engineering company deals with the production and supply of complex assemblies and individual components for manufacturers of agricultural and handing equipment. The aim of this thesis is the analysis of current way of storage method and a proposal and recommendation of possible improvements of storage process in this company. The theoretical part is focused on explanation of basic terms in logistics and in storage itself. In practical part, the analysis of warehousing logistics in manufacturing plant in Jistebník is made. Also, this part is focused on some deficiencies that were detected during the analysis and recommendations that would help to remove these deficiencies. To fulfill the aim of this thesis, a method of analysis and interview was used. The aim of the thesis was successfully fulfilled.
