Abstract

This diploma thesis is motivated by the need of creating a project management methodology in the field of information technologies using agile project management approaches. It is based on the distribution of the project life cycle into four phases. In each of these phases are used these methods, tools and patterns that are widely accepted as the best practice in the project management. The outputs are designed patterns and the project of implementing all necessary tools.
