Konkurenceschopnost projektu

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to analyse competitiveness of the project site of collective buying Doluj.cz and to suggest arrangements leading to increase of competitiveness and improvement of the project in the competitive environment. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and methodological and the application part. The theoretical and methodological part is focused on definition of terms and description of the methods used for analysis of competitiveness. In the application part the project and its current situation are introduced. Subsequently analyses of projects environment are performed. Based on the analyses and acquired findings recommendations are designed to improve competitiveness of the project.
