Abstract

Financial analysis belongs to a formalized method that allows you to get an idea of ​​financial health and business stability. The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the financial health of the manufacturing company, Bystroň Integrace s.r.o. For the analysis was chosen a six-year period to see certain development and trend in partial and complex indicators. The analysis will be conducted for 2011-2016. Using traditional and modern methods of enterprise performance evaluation will help to diagnose a financial health and stability of the company. The diploma thesis is divided into five chapters. The theoretical part is devoted to defining the concept of financial management, FA resources and usesrs of FA. The absolute and relative indicators will be specified in more detail and a comprehensive analysis of the indicator system will be carried out. Credit and bankruptcy models, the EVA economic indicator, and benchmarking with the industry will also be not omitted. In the practical part, the individual methods will be applied in the business environment and cotexts. Based on the results identified through the financial analysis, proposals and recommendations will be outlined that could help improve the financial stability of the company in the future. The SWOT analysis will define the strengths and weaknesses of an enterprise based on the FA. At the same time, the threats and opportunities that the enterprise may face in the near future will be formulated.
