The bachelor's thesis examines disinformation activities and their impact on court security. The thesis aims to investigate the issue and present its impacts of disinformation activities on the functioning of a selected regional court. The practical part includes identifying the most common social media used to spread disinformation about courts and a comparative case study of court proceedings, the result of which is the identification of common traits and methods of disinformers' activities. At the end of the thesis, risks are identified and subsequently assessed. The result of this process is the creation of innovative security measures to minimize risks.
