Analýza postojů klientů franchisového podniku se zaměřením na vzdělávání

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the attitudes of the clients of a franchise enterprise with a focus on education. Specifically, it focuses on the attitudes of clients of the Helen Doron English franchise business. The aim of the thesis was to understand and evaluate in detail the attitudes of the clients of the selected business and to find out the major differences between English language teaching in the private education sector compared to English language teaching in government schools. For this purpose, three hypotheses were set at the beginning of the thesis: 1. More than 80% of the students' English language achievement improved due to Helen Doron English teaching. 2. More than 60% of the students agree with the statement that English language teaching in Helen Doron English is more beneficial to them than English language teaching in school. 3. More than 80% of the students feel more comfortable while learning English at Helen Doron English than while learning English at school. The whole work was supported by a questionnaire survey conducted in cooperation with the aforementioned company and distributed to clients through Helen Doron English's internal network. The research was then processed, the data analysed and evaluated. Recommendations were then made to the selected franchise network based on the evaluated data. The questionnaire survey confirmed all three stated hypotheses, highlighted the biggest differences between teaching in Helen Doron English and in public schools, and analyzed in detail the attitudes of Helen Doron English clients. All the results of the questionnaire survey are discussed in detail in Chapter 5 of the Bachelor's thesis. The set objectives of the thesis were met, and the main finding is therefore that the vast majority of Helen Doron English clients are satisfied with the services provided, and due to attending tutorials, clients' English language achievement has improved. The biggest differences between public and private education at Helen Doron English are mainly in the teaching method, the individual approach of the teachers and the more attractive teaching style.
